The first time I had heard of Pilates, was from a Sex and the City episode, where Samantha mentioned that Pilates was how she kept her body looking so good. No Joke! After I began self practice from DVD’s at home (over 15 years ago!). My passion then developed when I pt my knowledge for anatomy/ physiology and Pilates into a more clinical aspect!
I have spent the last 4 years working as both a clinical and exercise [Pilates instructor and its been the absoloute best!
My favourite exercises of all time is standing split leg series (squats and skates).
