Absolutely. Our instructors will take you through everything you need to know from start to finish. Reformer Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and your instructor will help you to get comfortable and keep you safe whilst you find your feet.

Yes, in fact during pregnancy it is important to exercise regularly and most importantly, safely. As our sessions are run in a small group we are able to ensure appropriate supervision and technique correction to keep you safe and working effectively throughout all stages of pregnancy.
Pilates helps to strengthen and maintain your pelvic floor as well as maintain general strength and flexibility which will only help your return to fitness after baby arrives.
As our class sizes are small we can modify the program to suit your specific needs. If an exercise is contra-indicated your instructor will provide you with an alternative exercise to avoid any exacerbations and where possible provide you with options that will help to strengthen, stabilise or stretch to help speed the recovery process.

Pilates is perfect for a return to a safe and effective exercise program. As reformer pilates is all spring adjustable, we can modify any exercise by increasing/reducing springs to suit your level.
To book in for one of our classes, you can book online here, via our app – The Pilates Pad. It is free to download through the app store. Alternatively you can send an SMS to 0404 475 509 to arrange your booking.

All classes are currently held on the Gold Coast at our Nobby Beach studio, located at 3/2249 Gold Coast Highway, Mermaid Beach.  Please refer to our contact page for details on getting to our studio. NB: The Varsity Lakes studio is currently closed.

We recommend that you wear comfortable workout attire and socks. You may also want to bring water although chilled water can be purchased in studio ($1 per 600ml bottle).

If it is at least 24 hours until the scheduled class, you can change your session online or via the app by simply clicking cancel. The session will automatically be credited back into your account. You can then book another class.
If less than 24 hours prior to the class, we recommend you either call or text the studio on 0404 475 509. While we try to be as accomodating as possible if less than 24 hours notice is given you may forfeit your class (please refer to our cancellation policy).

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when changing or cancelling a class. This ensures that no spaces are wasted and provides sufficient time to fill your vacancy.
